just hold it for hours.. my friend went to south africa so i had to look after his beardie and it was so crazy (bites everything) but then i sat down with it for around 7-8 hours (in a room where it cant escape) and i just stroked it down its spine and after that he was very well behaved.. but it might take a while depending on your beardy..
