yeah thats pretty cold his metabolism has probably started to drop if he sn't big neough to last the winter then i'd suggest a smaller enclosure keep the heat up keep him hydrated and then get him eating if he stays in that cold area to much he jsut wont want to eat or some out to bask. and at a colder temp there is a higher chance of gettign a respiratory infection.
