If you have a terrarium is it all glass?
If I were you , I would buy a heat mat and put it under one end of the tank and have that as your heating, I have heatmats for mine, that's all I use, a hide on the mat and one on the cool end, easy and works, they don't need UV lighting, tho there are differing opinions on that matter and you may hear two sides of this.
I have both my childreni and macci set up this way and they seem to be very happy moving around as they like.
