im not sure either, are they put in the same way as a dog or cat ?

like any solution it would not be 100% effective as there are alwasy wasy to get around things if someone is determined enough.

i heard that a micro chip can be disabled with electric shock like a stun gun or something. does anyone know if this is the case ?
