Could be a few reasons, how sure are you of their age? also not all males are good breeders, health might be an issue or stress. There are so many possibilities, it is impossible for someone to tell you the answer. My males were alittle half hearted this season, though I've managed 80 eggs so far, but it won't be a good year for me, as I sold my best breeders last season to focus on better coloured ones.
