common treesnakes arnt actually very hard to catch, the first herp i ever caught apart from little skink species was a tree snake, IMO flies can be harder to catch. The challenge to me(now) is getting in and being able to shoot them without disurbing them at all, Spotting the critters to start with is the hardest part. Catching herps is just for kids, something most ppl should grow out of IMO.

Another one of the first herp related memories stuck in my head was seeing a brown snake nail a water dragon, such speed and deadly force was just awesome, but at the time i mainly just felt sorry for the dragon.
