Seems its the time of year for incubator problems.

I have a DL2 in my incubator. It took a while, but until today it was stable between the 2 thermometers in the 28's.

Now, today it gets hot, its 34 deg outside, probably hotter inside, and the incubator has got to 31. Now what seems odd is this:

1. I took the lid off, let the thing cool down, it got to 26. Great, so I put the lid on and turn the thermostat and heatsource back on. Gets to 31 again.

2. If in fact it is this warm inside the incubator, why is a) the DL2 still pulsing heat (the light keeps flashing) and b) if it can't stay at the right temp, why is the DL2's alarm not sounding?

This is giving me the poos big time and I have a gecko due to pop any day now. I'd like to keep it between 27 and 29.5 if I can but it seems impossible.

I have a B2 and a B1 available to swap to see if I can get more accurate temps, however in my opinion the DL2 is the superior thermostat here.

HELP!!!
