Why not corn

A mix of fruit, veg and mushrooms with a raw egg mixed in and occasional meat in the form of canned pet food or mince works well. Insects (moths, crix, mealies or beetles) and pinkies are a good treat. And on top of that offer it thawed snails fairly often and it will love you
I've never had a "fussy" bluey so I don't think you'll have to much trouble experimenting with its diet
