Be aware that the Pilbara covers a massive area of many habitats and the stimsons found throughout this area vary in colouration .e.g. Karratha, Pannawonica stimsons are generally darker (not every specimen) than some of the stimsons found in the red desert sand plain areas void of iron ore type rock. I would rate that stimson as being a far better than average example from Port Hedland.
