Yeah - I love him although i am getting increasingly nervous about the lack of movements.

As an aside this morning he did a hand wave and I'm sure his feet flushed yellow - i think i must have startled him... He is looking realy good and is lively (in between long bouts of lying flat on his branch / rock) .

He _loves_ crickets - to the exclusion of all other food that we put in front of him. He has not seemed to have touched the finely grated carrot and spinach - he did eat a tiny bit of dandelion when we first got him home since then he has had 2 feeds of about 4 crickets and this morning since reading my new copy of the bearded dragon manual i gave him as many crickets as he would eat in a 10 minute session - he must have had over 15 ranging in size from tiny to small - the biggest being about 3/4 the width of his mouth. He is a cricket eating machine!

so in that respect i am not worrying but i am concerned if all he gets is cricket (by the way i have been dusting the crickets but not his greens in case it was the calcium putting him off the greens.)

are there any methods of coaxing him to eat stuff other than crickets?

I don't think the temp is a problem - late last night it was 24 at the top of the cage but both yesterday and today have been pretty warm in bris. I will put the thermometer in though just to make sure - I guess that if i rest it on the bottom of the container i will get the minimum temp...

will a lukewarm bath stimulate a movement?
