Albino is a recessive mutation. Therefore, if the 'normal' is NOT a carrier of the albino gene, the young will be heterozygous (het) for albino. The phenotype of the young (what they look like) will be 'normal'.

On the other hand, if the 'normal' IS a carrier (het) of albino, some of the young will be albino whereas others will be het for albino.

Crossing an albino and a 'normal' will not produce something like a piebald.
