| one word, no, unless you can prove you had the turtle before the new rules came in, so it would have to be about 5 years old, a mate had one that was pre licence changes, and here are rules that still have to be kept, my mate moved and he got into trouble because the turtle wasn't allowed to be moved to another town,
but saying that, these rules might have been changed in the last couple years also,
