its funny how all the rules are different everywhere... i live in SA and you can have 1 python or lizard or anything on the basic list without a permit but you need proof of purchase.. and then you must get licence to sell... and it costs money for permit.. and in NT you have to hav a permit for everything but it is free... i dont know why they cant just make it one permit system that doesnt cost herpers money so that the hobby can expand a little more
