Great beginner lizard
Hi guys so I've had a bearded dragon before which was great but I'm keen to get another lizard maybe a bluetongue or something that can be kept inside

Go for a shingleback! They're so dopey and cute ^^

Geckoes are easiest, then skinks, then dragons and small monitors. Check out some of the "Show me your geckoes/ Bluetongues /Skinks etc" threads and see whaty takes your fancy. If they are kept by others than it is likely they will be readily available and you will be able to ask for help from experienced keepers if you need it.
BlueEverything has its beauty, but not everyone sees it. [Confucius]

Why are geckos easier than skinks?
I was told skinks to be quite hardy, no?
What about light/heat requirements?
(sorry for highjacking)
My son has a bluey and wants a small gecko type...
Not sure what's best, perhaps a desert species, like a netted?
