    Spencers or Ackie

I'm going to be purchasing a 1800x600x600 enclosure and was wondering what monitor to get for it. Its now between a Spencers or an Ackie. I want something that I can handle pretty often and wont bolt as soon as I put it down. I know that enclosure is fine for adult ackies but what about an adult spencers? Also how long does it take for both to reach adult size?

Both monitors take about 1 year to reach full size with regular feeding. Personally i'd go with a pair of accies because they are much tamer, that size enclosure would still comfortably fit a pair a spencers, whether you could handle them is a different matter. Its up to you but i'd go with an accie or two, much better first monitor.
Its the present that counts, not the wrapping.

I'd go ackies, though if you want something that handles well, get a beardie or bluetongue. Ackies are likely to reach adult size in the year, but not Spencers. Adult Spencers would require at least 2.5 sq M each and that would be the minimum I'd use.

I agree with what's said above, go for an ackie. For a Spencers I'd have a much larger enclosure as iV said.
