Is my thick tail Hypo?

Hi Everyone,

I was hoping if you could tell me if my thick tail gecko is hypo? And if anyone can identity it to be a boy or a girl? He's got a kink in his tail too, I'm not sure if that happened at birth or not.. not sure if that's of any relevance..

I'll be sadly looking to sell him shortly as I no longer have the room to keep him and I had to choose between this guy and my breeding pair of smooth knobs.
