I fed him 2 small mice, I really wasn't sure if he'd handle an adult yet, so i bought 2 small ones that way he could have one and if it wasn't enough he could have the other. But he's so calm, i think hes gonna be a great handler. He was curled up at the bottom of his tub and i moved the mouse around him and he just ignored it so i dropped it near his head and he sniffed it then straight away quick strike and he had hold of it, he ate it fairly easily and then kept coming over to the side of the tub and checking us out trying to smell our hands, if he hadn't of eaten i would of definitly handled him last night, so i thought i would give him the other mouse see if he was still hungry but my 2 year old got out of bed and scared him so he didn't eat straight away so i left the mouse there and it was gone this morning!! What a little piggy snake!! But how cool is that? He ate no worries i'm so happy!! |
