Was just going through some older pics and came across these. Found this guy in my garage last summer. Nasty little bugger, had a kink in it's back. Just put it in a tub for some pics then drove it into the bush and released it.

I relocate many dugites from around the perth region and have done so for over 15 years. (ever since the original SNAKE - BUSTER list was first formed by Brian Bush) I Have seen a number of dugites of that colour form. They tend to grow out of it as they age.

I live in city beach, and see about 1-5 a summer as my house backs onto the sand dunes, so they are always finding their way into our garage and I always find em while poking around, this is the colour form that I usually find. But they do usually grow out of this colour.
Didnt get a scale count as im sure its a dugite.

a better pic of the kink in it's back. My guess would be someone that wasn't as happy as i was to stumble across this guy taking to it with a broom or something similar. Find them like this quite often. This guys back had completely healed and was moving freely, fiesty as all hell as you would expect! | |
