Thumbs down Air Express

Well,
Bought a new coastal today, was coming down from rockhampton , so he had 2 make a stop in brissie, went to pick him up at 6 30 , wasnt there, waited for next plane wasnt there, went off my nut at everyone who worked there, was on the phone for about an hour chasing up where he was , only to find out he went straight from brissie to sydney. thats bull**** , paying alot of money for frieght only to find out they mixed him up.
i think this will be the last time i use air express.

I have had many dealings with AaE and never a problem. Very sorry to hear of your dilemma but mistakes can and do happen, SHAME they don't know how important your pakage was!!! Did you get it in time and was it ok???

Honestly they can't afford the time to READ every single package that comes through, we need to be more capable of taking care of things ourselves. Find out the flight no. the consignment no. and the time the flight lands!!!!! I got my scrub off NCHERPS, delivered via AaE to Coolangatta, I was there 15 minute before the plane landed and watched it land, within 15 minutes of the plane landing the guy walked out to my car and delivered it to me in the carpark as I had told him when I got there what I was expecting.

Where did you go to pick him up from? AAE dont fly into Coffs Harbour, or Grafton now. Closest pick up point is now Lismore

Have never had a problem with AAE, have found that the reptiles always arrive safely, at and the correct destination so long as the parcels are labelled correctly. You also need to check ahead of time which airports AAE fly to now as it is only REX airlines in NSW that will fly reptiles.

Never had any probs with the lot in Melbourne. In fact if you arent there when your supposed to be they ring you up. I have had them from nearly all over Australia.

When you have a Monopoly on something, you dont have to be switched on or provide any sort of service.

I have had a LOT of gear freighted to Adelaide from all around the country by AAE (mainly computer parts) and all I can say they have never missed a beat! Shame you have had a bad experience.
