albinos?

i was just wondering im new to herps and i was thinking how do they make snakes/lizzards albino thanks. i dont know if its a stupid question becasue i dont know much about them but any infomation would do.

how do they get it white in the first place or are there already albinos in the wild?

some were born and taken from the wild, some have been captive bred.

How does it make them "weak"? would you say the same of a animal that has a "genetic stripe"?

In captivity it's not a weakness at all, in fact it's a huge advantage for the animal.
