Actually Andrew I agree that the grass is really lovely . I wish my lawns looked like that. Maybe even have a BHP one day, too (in my dreams).

Hey Andrew

Thanks for the PM and the pics...
Your BHP is lovely...
I love the new skin on his head...
He looks like a brand new snake...
Loved the grass too... I wish I could get the same on my balcony!

My Princesse is still waiting for her time....
I'll post the pics as soon as she's done with it...

Thanks again.
Yann.

I got this one off Boa earlier this year for $850, but i've seem them as low as $750, and also as high as 1500 bucks so it varies, but they aren't the cheapest of herps so don't expect to pay less than 700

according to cogger they will reach lenghts of aroung 2.6 metres.
the females are larger than the males.
They are petty easy to look after as once they start feeding, they very rarely turn down a meal. they can be a little snappy when young, my little guy has had a couple bluff shots at me, its mostly all show.
the best thing you can do, is do a great deal of research into them, i would have done at least 6 months into this specific species before i went out and got him.
the Pilbara Pythons web page has some good information on them jsut follow the sponsor link on the APS homepage
