BHP holding Colour

I am really happy with the clean colour of my BHP that is coming on 18 months in a few weeks. I thought he would darken slightly but he seems to be getting better as he grows. He is a bit Cranky in the shot below and puts on a fair bit of a show when he isn't being handled (striking repeatedly and hissing with mouth wide open - looks awsome) he settles nicely after a min or two while being handled though.

nar D.P. He tries all the time but I'm onto him, and know when he's gonna try. He has tried to eat my thumb once - it was a slow chomp after wrapping my hand, but thats all.
