Never had an aggressive snake before, read a bit about handling bite happy snakes; asked a few people they think bad jungles can't be tamed... this true?
Had him for a few weeks now not much progress so far, as seen in pic below that is his normal reaction to people being near him.
Up for suggestions if anyone can offer any.

I got a male darwin about 5 weeks ago and he was agro, snapping at evey thing that moved. Handeled him every second day with gloves untill he stoped bitting ever 3 seconds, then put him back, after about three weeks he got used to the idea of being handled and i can handle him without gloves ar hook no problem. Keep trying..

Stole this from another post and offered it to someone else a couple days ago. Use a alcohol hand cleanser first like Aquim, apparently snakes hate the taste and get the picture pretty quick when they smell it on you and then after a while you can stop using it. Other than that just lots of handling.
Both my snakes arn't bitey and never have been but when I was looking at buying my Bredli I looked at a very fistey Bredli hatchy. If you used a hook to remove him from enclosure, and kept hands out of veiw (especially from the top) maybe that might help as well as not facing him toward you (to start with at least). Hell if vens can be tamed there must be some hope for our pythons Has he eaten yet?

Snap! We have had Angel for a couple of months now. She still arcs up when we go near her. She doesn't launch herself at the glass anymore though so I guess she has improved. We have come to the conclusion that she simply doesn't like people so we leave her alone. The coastal was the same but he is settling really well. Only tags us occasionally now instead of 10+ every time he comes out!
I think that some snakes are just like that, Jungles in particular.
