| | | Breeding Records of BHP's I am chasing any information off people about the length and weight of a BHP when it is considered to be mature and able to breed.
The main attributres i am after is to find out what the smallest breeding lenght, weight and age would be?
Also if any one has any data on an average size for a hatchling that would be appreciated.

65g - 106g hatchling weight | Have you bred them around the 1200mm mark? If so, how many eggs? What age were these animals? |

Bhps will reach 1200mm in 6 months or less - must be able to breed them then?
People tout 18months as a breeding age - Can anyone verify this first hand?
Hands up those that have failed to breed them at 18mths. |

Though I did fail at breeding a 18month old spotted male with a 30 month old spotted male. No luck there |

i have also heard of people not being able to breed BHPs till they are 4-5yrs. so the precedent is all over the shop.
