would a long cage or a tall cage be better for an adult bredli?

They're semi-arboreal are they not?

My girl loves to climb, so i'm definitely putting a lot of thought into height when buying her final enclosure. 4x3 foot maybe.

Im planing on starting my Final Bredli enclosure this sunday. I have a heard a few different opinions, some people say that if the enclosure is too high it is difficult to get a decent thermal gradient as the heat doesnt reach the ground. I am thinking of going with 4x3x2.

Is it something that depends on the personality of the snake? my childreni for example loves to climb, my friends from the same clutch won't and it has plenty of sticks etc to climb on.

Is it likely that a snake not provided with a viv equipped for climbing and wants to climb will become stressed or irritable? Might be a silly question but every bit of info helps as i'll be looking into a coastal/bredli or MD soon.

oh no.... ozzie u said the "P" word..... *hides under desk waiting to be shot at* lol.... i think ur right.... zenn has always been offered sticks etc but hes more than happy to cruise around on the ground and sit on his rocks..... not to say that i wont offer him sticks in his new enclosure but I'd rather go long as thats what suits him

Here's one of my bredli cages, 4ft x 2ft x 2ft. She spends most of her time up in the right hand corner.
