Question Can anyone offer a positive ID for this little night-time visitor?

Hi to all.
We live in Townsville, North QLD and were graced with the presence of this little snake this evening and were wondering if anybody could positively identify it for us?
Cheers

G'day mate,

It's a Brown Tree Snake Boiga irregularis. They are very mildly venomous but aren't from the same family as most of Australias venomous snakes.

Thanks for the replies. Nice to know it is not particularly venomous. We have some baby mice at the moment so we have offered it one of those as it's always polite to feed ones guest :-) And thanks again for taking the time to reply.

They're one of my favourite things to find around here be careful though as the ones i've seen always seem to have worms under their skin. Pretty icky. don't know if it's transferable to your reptiles though just from touching.
