However to try to split the different colour morphs eg [dry land forms], would result in a great deal of confusion due to many forms found (maybe some research should be done) It is simple to call them "Cape york Carpets"; due to the various forms not only found through-out the Cape as a whole, but the varients found in the same locality.

What is a Cape York really, good ?. I have had this conversation manys times since i bought these snakes and only just recently again since i have taken these pics, a coastal from the cape region i dont know, because im pretty certain they dont look anything like this.
Ill be honest the only reason i call these guys Capes is because thats what i bought them as, and the reason i bought them is because i think they look f@#*in sensational . Darwin xs from a few gens back? i dont know but as Pilbara said id like to hear what other people think.
Cheers
Nick

There diverse in colour and pattern. I have also seen ones similar to yours at Kurrumba in the Gulf. What else would you call them? 'N.Q.', Dry land carpet?

That particular morph of carpet is found at Rossvale. I personally have not seen it anywhere else. All inland carpets that I have seen look completely different. |

I don't reckon you should keep it any longer than you need to Nick.
