ring the person you purchased it from, they should be able to help you out with any questions about your snake.

Please note that the poo 1-3 days after you feed them is from the PREVIOUS feed, not the one you just gave it.

You could really feed it anywhere from every 3 days too every 3 months. It all depends on size of the feeds, age/size of the python, if you plan on breeding it, if its male or female, what temperatures you are keeping it at, are you going to cool it for winter??

It can be as simple or complex as you like.

A general guide is to feed your snake weekly with a meal which leaves a small but obvious lump in its gut.

Cheers,

I feed my two children's every seven days. If they don't take the food straight away I cut the throat of the mouse & hold it so the snakes tongue get a taste of the blood, works every time. But you will most likely have trouble with it cause some children's just go on a hunger strike for no apparent reason.

I've got childrens the same age and I feed them early 5 to 7 days. I've just upped their food from pinkies to fuzzie mice (7 day old mice).
