IF you are buying a hatchie, then they only need a small click clack style tub on heat mat to strat off with and then as they get older you can move them into a larger enclosure.

I kept my hatchling coastal in a 2ft enclosure for about 6 months then moved her into a 3ft one.

A click clack'd be good because it costs jack all ad will last a few months. I had my dad build be my enclosure to fit mine for most of her life. when she gets massive i'll have to give her a bigger one, but it's about 800 x 800 x 600 (L x W x H). She grew quicker than i thought though... but it has been about 3 years!.

USe a click clack for now and save up (or build) a bigger one later.

i would go a 4ftx2ftx2ft cage and then you would not have to get another cage for a long long time........imo.

fully grown a 4 foot x 2 foot would suffice.
