I'd leave them together until they lose interest, but you could probably separate them now, the job is probably done. Some would recommend separating them so the female isn't getting stressed, but my personal feeling is that this shouldn't be a problem.

| No, my carpet ovulated last night which is a good sign, I saw a friend's jungle ovulate about a month ago (spectacular ovulation that was!) some people have already had snake eggs, so it's definately not too early. Basking on her side at this time of year is very promising. Good luck!
