Some more of Urk , and this is Rougey the 'mutt.' But pretty close to Coastal do you think?
We won't breed with her.
I must comment to you on all your beautiful Carpet Pythons. Gorgeous. It makes you want more doesn't it?

Hello Craig,
True, I just hang about with the camera after the feed, but you've got to anticipate when they'll open up. I fluked this one.

Hello Dicco,

The big one is Urkle, he's a McDowelli, (Port MacQuarie I think) I'm not sure how old. But he's a darling.
He's the famous snake on the Forum Header eating a rat.

The smaller ones are CoastalXJungle. The larger of those two is very Coastal looking and the runt is a banded gold and black. Sweet.

Do people cross Coastals and Murray Darlings?

If it's from Port MacQuarie it's ,wait for it............an intergrade

Can see the jungle easy in the little one but the other does look very coastal....nice snakes em

oooh. I musta got it wrong about Port Mac. 'cause our Urkle is a wanted Stud for the Coastal ladies. lol.

They are great snakes Browns, I know they're crosses, but can't help appreciating their nature and pretty colours. The littler banded one is the cutest thing. A bit naughty but cute.
I've said over and over I won't use them to breed, I'll just keep them as 'decorations' lol

Ps. Do you have Cane Toads up your way Browns?

I was wondering if the outbreak of Red Eared Sliders would eat the Toads.

Some of our best memories of northern holidays are 'going out toading' (Except I did tread on a live one once) with bags full of weapons. A rake, a pitchfork, tennis racquets, golf clubs, cricket bats, hockey sticks etc., and a camera, to remember it all.
Fun!
