coastal pics - what do you think?

Some pics of my coastal carpet...
he/she is about 7-8 months and around 55-60 cm long.....
but i am only feeding pinky rats, could i go for something bigger than a pinky rat ?? they (the rats) are about 5 cm long and about as round as a 5 cent piece (maybe a bit bigger)

Pretty little coastal. I think you should be feeding fuzzy rats. It would take them and will grow like a weed

I love coastals... they look soooo sweet with those big boofy heads. I guess thats why i have 3. I looked at your snake and honestly the first thing i thought of is honeycomb and chocolate. Its such a nice colour.

It'll amaze you the size of prey that a python can swallow. My 3 yr coastal has been on adult rats for almost a year now and will look at anything smaller like its a joke. He'll eat it but will go nuts looking for the 'main course' the pig.

Feed the snake a rat thats big enough to put a reasonable, but not large, buldge in it's stomach.
