I was looking in on my babies last night as i often do, and i noticed there
were two little cockies in the tank. does anyone know if they carry any diseases they could pass on to my maccies? and will my maccies be ok if they eat them?
oh yeah i took them to the vet last weekend and they are fit and healty though the vets said they were so small they were worms not snakes :-(
Thank you

Doubt they would do any harm, lizards eat them all the time. If your concerned get them out.

I would think that the snakes will not eat them, BUT, one thing that may be a concern is if the cockies have been in contact with any insecticides that may somehow be harmful to your snakes.

Thanks for that guys,
i don't think that the cockroaches have had any contact with pesticides as my land lord won't pay to get the place pest free and i am moving out soon so i'm just going to put up with them.
I think the cockies like it in with the snakes because it is warm, guess if i have to try and live in harmony with those yucky creatures then snakes will too. just as long as they can't get mites or anything else from the wild cockies i won't stress.
