I was just watching a tree snake hunting in my frog pond and got it hunting and catching a frog on my camera
anyone with a youtube(or something) account willing to upload it for everyone to see?
Im to lazy to make one now, but i will later if noone wants to upload it for me.
The videos a bit shaky coz i was in an uncomfortable position for ages but you see most of the action.
probably not a thing to watch if you dont want to see a frog getting nailed and crap quality footage, but it was the first time i have seen this when i had my camera.
I also scared it off accedentally when i tried to sit down so it didnt get to see the whole proccess.

The video took a while to start, the snake actually grabbed the frog from under the surface and pulled it out. It seemed as though the snake knew that they frog needed to come up eventually. Tree snakes are normally that thin and that guy was in great condition with no sign of skinworms that are usually all over them.
Its not a nice way to go if you are a frog, but thats the way things are.
Its a secondary benifit of having a frog pond not only do you get beutiful frogs but you get awesome snakes too
I do keep treesnakes but they arnt that big yet and i only feed them dead rodents and dead fish.

It all depends on what you're after. I whacked in a flash movie for you and put it at http://kilim.isk67.com/Common_Tree_Snake_Feeding.swf - Right click and save link as... It'll look huge if you just click the link as I have not encased it in html.
This brought the size down to 7.67 MB.
If I have some time over the next few days I will run it through Pinnacle and see what I can do for you.
PM me your email addy and I will get in contact.
IsK
