i live in central queensland so it never get to cold here except for nights, so i keep day temp normal and just shorten the time i put the lights on, say from 12hours until 9hours over a few weeks and than back up at the end of August, im just starting my cooling off now, thats what works for me anyway.

thanks alot guys at the moment im breeding diamonds jungles spotteds olives and im just starting to cool now about 8 hours of day time heat and shutting off at night
