Does anyone have or know of anyone that keeps and breeds coral snakes, i am interested in getting one.

URS had one for sale a while ago, not sure if its still there.
Apparently a really boring snake though, like to hide and stay there..

yes they are legal. my understanding is that class 2 licences allow licence holders to keep any reptile in oz excluding crocs sea snakes and sea turtles. so yes in nsw they are legal
