hi all. a silly question but as it is my first snake i guess i need to ask. what should they do through the day. mine gets under her big hollow rock and sleeps. i am assuming this is normal but just want to check. she seems pretty active at night but i cant seem to stay up much past 10 these days (the legacy of 4 kids) so cant watch her as much as i would like to. thanks for any advice.

i've got an atherton and she is much the same, if you got to bed and get up half way through the night you see her half way down her stick. it's almost like they're onto you're sleeping pattern.

How about you? | if it's a young snake sometimes it's best to have them in a smaller enclosure or click clack sometimes putting a small snake in a big enclosure can make them feel insecure.

Have found with my big Coastal girl that since she grew to 6 foot she sunbakes a lot during the day , especialy after feeding . Getting a big , 5' x 4' x 2' , enclosure for the lounge room now that she likes to watch whats going on in the room . Probably hoping for a feed .
