Ricko, she seems friendly enough, I only just picked her up so I need to find out more about her, she is in quarantine at the moment, which is in the same shed as my rat colony. No snake is a good handler there! All-in-all she hissed a bit and had a few erratic moves but calmed down fairly readily. Same with the male. Both would be 6' - the male is a thicker girth.
Franco, these were the snakes jasbec1 had for sale, I intially wanted just a female for a friends male diamond but she was too good to pass so I bought the pair. Russell Grant is the man who bred her, I dont know him or any contact details. The male diamond is still a very nice animal. Jason still has jungles which i nearly bought - same deal - I only need a female though - His male jungle is really awesome. |

I was looking for my first snake (sad to say it's the only snake I'm allowed to keep, but at least I have one) and I went to visit him to see some of the Darwins he had. At the stage I visited him, (very professional setup he has!) he only had Darwin eggs, but had some gorgeous yellow & black Jungle hatchlings and some even more stunning Diamond Hatchies. I chose the Darwin because my budget didn't stretch to the $500 bucks he had for the Diamonds, not even the reasonably priced $350 for the Jungles. The Diamonds are certainly worth the price tag he had on them. Got bitten by my first jungle there...it was love at first bite...ahhh the memories. | | |
