Exclamation Diamond Pythons

Hi Everyone
I just purchased a pair of yearling Diamonds.They are being fed on pinkie mice and are starting to show lots of Yellow.Does anyone know any little tips on keeping them.Also is it true that you need to keep Diamonds in an avary when they reach a certain age and can someone please give me more information on DIAMOND PYTHON SYNDROME.

u dont have to keep em in an enclosure if ya dont want to, be sure u dont overfeed them as they can easily get obesity

I have UV lights in my enclosure the snakes like to curl up around it should i install a cover.Can they be burned on the UV

I was gonna post the same threads as the others already have posted. They will be helpful.
I keep my diamond with a hot end of 28-30 middle at 25-26 and cool end at 23ish. I have found it helpful to have at least 2 thermometers (one near the heat, and one near the thermostat). There are many mixed opinions about UV light. I personally have a UV light on for about 5 hours a day.

I only feed Jake every 2-3 weeks, sometimes every 4 weeks depending on the size of the pevious meal.

This place has scrub pythons from adults there list says they currently don't but they get them in, not sure if there good or if you've already heard of them but anyways here the link http://www.reptilecenta.com.au/ and they frieght really cheaply too.

Oh and i forgot to add... in these months it doesn't hurt to have your thermostat on a timer and have it turn off at night.
