Seriously, If they are big enough you can probe them but get shown how to do this first. Some say you should even probe diamonds at any age

A lot of people don't like to probe diamonds until they reach a adult size. Before they reach adult size people probe as new borns, but nothing in between. Consult some of the bigger diamond breeders for better advice |

| actually doll i think its that they dont like to probe adult diamonds at all after they reach a certain size. something to do with the membrane being very easy to tear i think. come to think of it i think that goes for all adult carpets cos our vet wouldnt probe our 3 yr old carpet either...correct me if im wrong but i think i read it in the care of australian reptiles in captivity book |  | |
