Hi Ashman,
Were they eating when you bought them? Have they ever eaten for you? How are they set up etc etc
We need to know all this type of info to be able to give you advice.

the sit on top of a 4ft light in tubs. It heats the tubs up really well and all my ohter snakes are doing well. The day i got them it was obvious that they had just eaten. Only the female has eaten since i have had them but only once.

i would leave them alone dont get them out for photo's or anything and then put them in a light globe box with a fuzzy mouse and leave them in there for a couple of hours and check on them about 4-6hours later. worked for me

If you have tried mice and they don't eat them....try baby rats....some diamonds prefer rats to mice!!
This is what i did with our babies......10 of the 20 wouldn't eat unless assist fed...then I put 10 pinky rats in at least 7 ate that night.
The last two....fri night i put hopper mice in ( I must admit that I haven't put smaller than hopper mice in as they like the movement and they can eat them quite comfortably even though you wouldn't think so),,,,,,sat night I put in pinky rats.....in between am still assist feeding. They will eat on their own eventually.

I don't feed my snakes live rats only frozen. I thaw them out first in hot water. I did put a live pinkie mouse in with them today and both of them ignored it. didn't even hurt it

As has already been said, give them a break for a while, you said you've tried to feed them 10 times in a month, thats about every 3 days, leave them alone for at least a few days between feeds or you will stress them out.
What temperatures are their enclosures?
Have you tried scenting or "braining" the mice?
Can you ask the breeder what method he used to get them eating?
