This is my baby boy Arnhem. He bit my face the first time I held him lol

He also likes to climb up his light cages and fall down, then climb up, then fall down, over and over

I guess this guy is hungry.

He's normally quiet an angry thing when getting him out he'll bite anything in reach.
Severall times he's bitten and constricted various parts of clothing. He tries to bite the enclosure wall and glass aswell.

This time it was his tail. Figured he liked the taste when me moved his head and started trying to eat it.

All the way to his cloaca and 25minutes later I finally got him to give up. (tried plenty of things that failed).

Yes. My little coastal carpet is such an angry little ant. Had him for 8 months or so and he's not calming down at all. Is ALWAYS in striking position as soon as he sees somebody. Bites regularly, and similarly to the OP's reference, has got me right in the face.

He gets so tense when i take him out that often he will pee himself. Nice looking snake though.

My little one has issues lol. You'll just be sitting there and hear 'THUD' and you instinctively know that Arnhem's fallen off his light cage.....again.

He likes climbing obviously, but maybe then gets too hot and lets go to get away from the heat???

Had a childrens yrs ago do the same thing. just before he 'd fall off , you could see him moving quickly to try and re position and get off, as if it was starting to get hot
