| | | easiest snake to care for? Before I bought my first snake I was told that the easiest to care for was the Childreni or Stimsoni. The stimson is (in my opinion) the most difficult snake to look after, What are everyone elses thoughts?
Cheers. |

I would say most pythons are easy to keep with the exception being GTPs but even they aren't to bad provided they are set up properly.
Hang in there craig, take it back to the breeder if it don't start feeding soon.

Craig, can you explain what has been so hard about keeping your Stimsoni please?
I have found the exact opposite of my Stimmie. She has been the easiest no fuss snake I've got. Having said that nearly all of my Pythons are easy to keep. They all eat/**** with regularity. What can be hard about that?
I don't think you can be species specific when it comes to being hard or easy to keep. Except as suggested the GTP. I think as with most things it comes down to the individual snake. |

| | | | Well Greg, in some of my other threads I've been trying to get some ideas on how to feed me stimmie, but it just doesn't happen. But as soon as I take her back to the breeder she'll eat then and there! I've have done everything he has told me to do, but nothing is working! |
