eating pics

I know you've seen it all before but I still think it's awesome. Can anyone, please, tell me if that is a split in my little girls lip? She has just shed (two days ago) and ate a pinky mouse just minutes before this one. If it is do I need to put anything on it?

That split is totally normal, how else are they gonna fit something twice the size of their head in there! Have you noticed how they kind of 'walk' their mouths down their feed, that split just makes it a hell of a lot easier. You can rest easy now mate Nice snake too

Phew, thanks heaps guys. I had never seen upside down eating before so never noticed the split, it was my first thought that they would need a gap in the scales for eating but I wasn't sure. Glad to know she will be fine.

I was really worried about her today because i have never offered two before so don't know if i should have, but the last couple of times i fed her she kinda wandered around her click clack and looked like she was looking for more. so my Q is if they have had enough will they still take what is offered or will they only take what they need?
