another disadvantage of top opening enclosures is that you can not stack them (unless of couse they are plastic tubs :wink: )

Thanks for the offer Daniel, but will have to wait and see how funds after Xmas go. I have already ordered 5 new herp christmas presents to myself.  So I may be pushing it to get more. Although I really do want more, you can never have too many.

I prefer front opening. With top opening, you are normally leaning over the top of the enclosure to push the door open. Torso bites are not fun.
