Setting the scene
11pm hystrical call from Greek mother,


Sons mate Sammy has gone away for a few days left 5ft Coastal (dog tame) with mum said if it got over 28 open box to cool it down ( forgot to add dont leave it) little brother did so, guess what snakey went walkies, Sylvia (mum) petrified of snakes!!! So off i go to the rescue hook gloves box first aid kit etc to find it, jammed behind the dryer on the wall, Dad being dad put the dryer up would have taken half the night to get it down so push pull etc finally got her out, all good except for Mum who looks like she is about to have a heart attack, not through fear but that the animal may be injured in some way. The animal is fine if a little disturbed from being removed from her hidey hole
Explained that a coastal can tolerate quiet high heat, and if they felt is was too hot, just turn off box.

Reward lots of Greek Hugs and cold beer and Water melon.

We had a similar situation, frantic phone calls, hperventalating mother in law etc
