| Lol. But I don't seize them, my staff and I are just involved through trying to keep them alive rather than have unreleasable animals euthanased simply because we (or customs/federal poice etc.) haven't been able to determine where the animals originated.
In future ballots, assuming there are some, we will do what we did in the last one and exclude previously successful applicants if the number of persons interested in gettin the animals exceeds the number of available animals.
