Feeding my coastal PIC

Tara Enjoyed Her Fuzzy Today As She Was Hanging From Her Vine. Hope You Can See The Pics Ok. First Time I Had The Ceiling Light On And We Watched The Whole Time. Really Fascinating As She Dangled And Tried To Eat And Then Let Go And Sussed Out The Tail End Before Going Back To The End And Going For It!!

It's just so incredible to watch them comsume such a large animlal in comparison to themselves, we could see the throat stretched as the end of the rat went down and then saw her mouth as she closed it again. My husband was stoked hasn't seen her eat before. he wanted to know what I was gonna do when she is full grown and swallows my arm along with the food?? HA ha. not going there........................

HA HA very true. I could see her lower throat and how loose the skin was and my husband saying to me but where is her head?? He was on a different angle to me. She is still on her vine. I wonder how much weight it can stand? She weighs arround 127 grams now (before the feed!!)

She really likes this terrarium, I use a heat mat under the tank in one end where the box hise is. Since it's gotten warmer she spends more time in the cool hide. Not usre how much longer she can stay in there but I'm guessing another 6mths maybe. I'll ask my breeder what he thinks.

So easy to keep it clean and just change the fake grass after she passes her food!!
