My spotted is 15 months old and his head is bigger than a pen and I only feed him pinky rats, only just started, only cos I was told rats are better than mice for nutrition. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

this is possibly only for larger adult snakes but im pretty sure in saying this that if its head is that small in comparison to its body you've got one overweight snake on your hands... try every 10 days maximum

I feed my adults about every 1-5 weeks on average. If they get a large fed i leave it a while, if they get small feeds more often. Over winter i dont feed for the coldest part.

If you want a snake with a big head get a carpet - the antaresia don't get big heads and if you overfeed it they can get pin heads or something - read up on skaarfing. Try feeding every 10 days as has been suggested - if it is a yearling every 2 weeks would be better.
