hey all,
last year i bred my childreni and they had 7 eggs but unfortunaltey non hatched....anyway i have started to warm up the temps and now she has suddenly gone all wrinkley and the typical shed colour and she is looking pretty fat...could this be the prelaying shed or could she be just shedding cause shes growing???????

Is she laying belly up ect, if so, it could well be her pre lay.

Its likely to be a prelay shed, if she lays eggs in 3-4 weeks time it was.
They look fatter towards the tail end because of all the eggs. Here is a pic of my mac.

I have a girl that's been laying belly up for a month odd.. still copulating though so she isn't gravid just yet. Belly up doesn't allways mean they're gravid. I also have another girl thats lays belly up through the year.
